This commercial base build project focused on preparing the space for the arrival of a large national beauty retailer. Our scope included plumbing work, new gypsum walls, and scarifying and leveling the existing concrete slab to meet the requirements for the tenant’s build-out. The completed work provided a clean, level, and properly prepared space, ready for the next phase of construction.
